Penick Village: Episcopal community for senior citizens
Penick Village is The Episcopal Continuing Care Retirement Community in the Diocese of North Carolina. A ministry of the Episcopal Church, it is a vibrant and caring community for all senior citizens. Penick Village values and encourages the individuality and contribution of each Resident and is committed to the excellence of care for each from the time of their entrance, throughout his or her life.
Penick Village was established by the Diocesan Convention in 1956. Part of the original vision for the Village was that no one be turned away for lack of funds. With the diocese, All Saints has supported this ministry for countless years, and the Village is now home to more than 195 residents from various religious, geographic, and economic backgrounds. Traditionally at All Saints, following a long-standing diocesan custom, parishioners are especially invited to make a gift to Penick Village on Mother’s Day.

Thompson Child & Family Focus: (formerly Thompson Children’s Home)
For more than a century, Thompson Child & Family Focus has been working to meet the needs of North Carolina's children through healing, teaching, worship, and play.
Although these needs have grown and changed, our commitment to children and families remains unwavering. In the 1800’s, leaders in the Episcopal Church saw the need to serve North Carolina's orphans. This vision led to the Thompson Orphanage, which opened its doors in 1886.
The name was changed to Thompson Children's Home in the 1970's and the agency began evolving to provide full service care for children.
In 2005, the name was changed to Thompson Child & Family Focus to better reflect its services. Today, Thompson provides a continuum of care for more than 300 children and families annually.
Following another church custom, All Saints encourages a special offering at Thanksgiving time for Thompson Child & Family Focus
