Even in a mid-sized congregation, it can be hard to stay in touch with one another, and there are times when the support of one’s sisters and brothers in Christ is needed, but missed.
A small group of “shepherds” help All Saints be “a flock,” with each shepherd agreeing to keep in a bit closer contact with a selected circle of parish households than Sunday-to-Sunday meeting allows.
